Raymond Tong , Operations Manager
With a professional background in Marketing and Project Management, Raymond has overall responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Comfort International, Inc. He’s also accountable for developing policies, rules and regulations which ensures that the company conforms to laws stipulated by all level of government, environmental and labor agencies.
Furthermore, Raymond is the co-architect of the company’s Internet based CI Client Network Forum. The forum is a unique and feature rich service where clients of Comfort International can access their respective accounts via the Internet to obtain important current information regarding their facilities that are being serviced by CI. The CI Client Network Forum provides the client with detailed information such as HVAC maintenance / services and EEMS reports, project status and proposals, plus current and completed work order and invoice documents; all of which can be accessed by the client at anytime and anyplace. The CI Client Network Forum provides clients with valued features that will help them better manage energy consumption and spending of their buildings and facilities.
Leveraging his years of experience and proficiency in leading complex engineering and marketing projects, Raymond is the project lead for several of CI’s EEMS projects, ensuring timely progress and within budget project completion.
A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Raymond has over 16 years of work experience, serving multi-national corporations and private enterprises of Information Technology and Consumer Electronics industries. Throughout his career, Raymond has been accountable for developing products and services that exceeded clients’ expectation and satisfaction, while ensuring very profitable business and market share growth.
Raymond grew-up in the San Francisco Bay Area, however, he spent the initial 13 years of his professional career working in Asia. He has direct working experience with multi-cultural / multi-national clients and vendors throughout Asia and the Americas and is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese dialects.
